We stand behind every can. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. Just email info@houndandharbor.com with your order number. Because Classic Cove is a consumable product, we don’t need the cans sent back.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@houndandharbor.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and the packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
