Welcome to Hound & Harbor. These terms apply to your use of houndandharbor.com and any purchases you make from us. Hound & Harbor LLC is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products
Classic Cove is a functional beverage made for dogs. It isn’t intended for human consumption. It’s a prebiotic dog beverage that compliments fresh water - not replacing it. As with any new food, introduce it gradually and watch how your dog responds. If your dog has a health condition or dietary restrictions, check with your veterinarian first. Our products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, limit quantities, or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll issue a full refund.

Subscriptions
Harbor Crew subscriptions renew automatically and are billed to your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing date to stop future charges.

Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Returns and refunds
Our satisfaction guarantee and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including our name, logos, can designs, photos, and text, belongs to Hound & Harbor LLC and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hound & Harbor LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
